Type the first week (or the first full cycle) for each nurse in the roster. The app finds the repeating block, repeats it through this period and saves it as the nurse's own pattern. The app keeps the roster as it was before recent changes (at most one version every 2 hours, the newest 14). Pick a version to bring it back. Your current roster is kept too, so you can undo a restore.
Someone else saved this roster on another device after you opened it. Choose which version to keep.
