Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
1. The service
Duty Roster lets a hospital prepare, check and share duty rosters. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. The person who creates a hospital account confirms they are allowed to do so for that hospital.
2. Price and payment
- The monthly subscription price is agreed with your hospital in writing before you pay. It depends on the size of the hospital. Trial or pilot periods are free, and nothing is charged automatically afterwards.
- No GST is charged at present. If GST becomes applicable, it will be added and you will be told in advance.
- Payment is made by UPI to the number shown in the app. After payment is received, access is switched on until the paid-until date shown at the top of the app.
- When the paid-until date passes, editing stops. Your data is kept for the period in the Privacy notice so you can renew.
- Price changes will be told in advance.
Refund policy
You can stop at any time. There is no refund for a month that has already started, and your access continues until the paid-until date. If we cannot provide the service for a long period because of a fault on our side, we will extend your paid-until date or refund the affected days.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- Enter correct information and do not enter patient details.
- Do not try to reach another hospital's data, copy or resell the service, or interfere with how it works.
4. The roster suggestions are an aid
The rules, shortage warnings, Auto-plan and Balance features, and the notes about NABH and government norms are tools to help a nursing in-charge. The rules shown may not be complete or current, and different hospitals and states have different requirements. The hospital remains responsible for checking every roster, for staffing levels, for patient safety, and for complying with labour law and accreditation rules. Please check the rosters before you use them.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Keep a printed copy or an exported backup of important rosters.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss arising from a roster, a missed shift-change message, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by not renewing, and may ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
